The DIL Portfolio Management Team includes experts from venture capital, technology firms, and development organizations. It provides guidance, long-term evaluation, and mentoring to demonstration projects and introduces academic researchers and public sector stakeholders to portfolio management tools used by the private sector.
A primary responsibility of the Performance Management Team is to design strategies to ensure that promising projects advance successfully through the R&D process. The Team will also help DIL develop a process for expanding and pruning its portfolio of technology solutions over time, with decision-making based on high quality data and analysis.
