Practitioner’s Bio:

Lisa Lin is an e-commerce entrepreneur turned International Development Implementation Consultant with 15 years of strategic and tactical program management experience specializing in projects with Science & Technology components that drive Economic Development and Civil Society Reform. Her broad experience has included large-scale projects in sectors as varied as Education, Entrepreneurship, Nonproliferation, and Rule of Law. She has implemented programs & projects on 4 continents and in over 25 countries, supported by different types of funders, including government (e.g., USAID, State Department), corporations (e.g., Google, Cisco), and foundations (e.g., Gates, Intel), all while at a mix of organizations (i.e., for profit, nonprofit, social enterprise).

Her previous roles include Forensic Operations Manager for ICITAP, Program Manager for the State Department’s BioIndustry Initiative, Director of Operations for the US Education Delivery Institute, and COO of Inveneo.
